The Hopi Dawa t-shirts symbolize Dawa, the sun spirit, believed to have formed the first world from Tokpela, or endless space. In Hopi tradition, Hopi pray to Dawa for blessings of a good long life for all living things. Dawa is the creator of life of all living things.

This Hopi T-Shirt has imagery of Hopi homes and kivas. The Kiva, an underground ceremonial chamber, is where some ceremonies take place.
